“Itoro” is a Nigerian drama film directed by Moses Inwang. The movie stars Monalisa Chinda as Itoro, Uche Jombo Rodriguez, Kalu Ikeagwu, Keppy Ekpenyong Bassey-Inyang, and Emem Udonquak. The performances of the lead actresses, especially Emem Inwang, received critical acclaim for their emotional depth and conviction in portraying the struggle for justice. Emem Inwang’s performance earned her the 2014 Nollywood Movies Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role, further recognizing the film’s powerful message and strong acting.
