“Golden Kamuy 2: The Hunt of Prisoners in Hokkaido” is a live-action adaptation of the popular manga and anime series Golden Kamuy. Set in early 20th-century Hokkaido, Japan, the story follows Saichi Sugimoto, a former soldier, and Asirpa, an Ainu girl, as they embark on a quest to find a hidden gold stash. Their journey leads them to pursue escaped convicts, each marked with tattoos that reveal pieces of a treasure map.
The live-action series stars Ukyô Matsumoto as Saichi Sugimoto and Kento Yamazaki as Asirpa. The cast also features:
