Marvel Studios has officially confirmed that “Black Panther 3” is in active development, with a projected release date in 2026.
This announcement was made by Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige, who also revealed that longtime executive Nate Moore will continue to contribute to the film before his departure in 2025.
Directed by Ryan Coogler, the film will see the return of familiar faces and introduce new characters, including Academy Award-winning actor Denzel Washington, who has been cast in a leading role. Plot details are being kept under wraps, but fans can expect new challenges for Wakanda.
The film will build upon the successes of its predecessors, Black Panther and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Release dates in 2026 for other Marvel films could align with the debut of Black Panther 3.
Fans can look forward to the return of beloved characters and the introduction of new ones, as the film continues to build upon the legacy of the Black Panther and the nation of Wakanda.
