Digging into the chilling story of Kenechukwu (Maurice Sam), a successful yet emotionally wounded architect, whose life takes a dark turn when he becomes dangerously love-struck with Adaora (Uche Montana), a compassionate and brilliant psychologist.
Despite his outward charm and professional success, Kenechukwu battles with a basic childhood trauma that leaves him unable to form healthy relationships. When he encounters Adaora at a social gathering, her empathy and warmth captivate him, and his admiration for her quickly turned into an unhealthy obsession.
Initially unaware of Kenechukwu’s growing obsession, Adaora agrees to take him on as a therapy client, seeing him as a complex but captivating individual. However, her thought changes as Kenechukwu’s behavior changed—from showering her with unwanted gifts to making uninvited appearances at her workplace and home, creating an atmosphere of fear and discomfort.
The situation becomes more dangerous when Adaora begins a relationship with Chijioke (Genevieve Edwin), a kind-hearted entrepreneur leaving Kenechukwu jealous and bittered. Would he allow Adaora slip off his fingers? or what?
With powerful performances, edge-of-your-seat suspense, and a touching message about the importance of mental health awareness, the film is a valid experience from start to finish.
