Nollywood actor Gideon Okeke has opened up about a harrowing experience while working on a film production led by Jim Iyke, This came days after calling Jim Iyke a small boy and questioning his acting skills in one of his post on social media, the actor disclosed that he sustained a gunshot injury on set, which took him three months to recover from.
According to Gideon, the incident occurred during the filming of an action scene. While the specifics of the accident remain undisclosed, the actor recounted how the situation was far more serious than initially anticipated.
“It was supposed to be a controlled scene, but things went south quickly. Before I knew it, I was hit. It was a terrifying moment for everyone on set,” Gideon explained.
The injury, which required extensive medical attention, sidelined the actor for months. He detailed the physical and emotional toll the ordeal took:
“Healing wasn’t just physical; it was mental too. Those three months felt like a lifetime, but I’m grateful to be back and stronger.”
